Edu-venture London Event: Digital and Industrial Design Workshop

As a Designer, my role is to be an intermediary, one that listens to the needs of users in order to properly fulfill the business goals of my clients. My professional experiences coupled with my academic background focuses my work through a human-centred approach. Applying Design as a positive disruptive force for change to work towards breaking away from the status quo of how things are, in order to bring viable change towards establishing how things can be.

This all begins by asking the simple question of ‘why’ to better understand the consequential ‘who’, ‘what’, ‘where’, ‘when’ and ‘how’ users interact with the services intertwined within their everyday lives.

‍I hold a Masters degree in Industrial Design from ENSCI-les ateliers in Paris,France and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. I have worked as a Design consultant for over 5 years (AF83, Accenture Interactive) assisting clients with the creation of digital products and services within a diverse set of industries such as: digital media, banking, real estate, luxury beauty and energy.

Today, I am the Lead User Experience Designer for PROS, overseeing the development of their digital product for the airline travel industry.
