Shey is a Psychology graduate. She has had 17+ years of global work experience in scale-ups and turnarounds in Silicon Valley, London, Singapore, Dubai, Germany and Malta.

She has led and built People and Learning functions across six industries in four scale-ups, and two mergers in the US, UK, Europe, and UAE, and has partnered with Harvard, Berkeley, McKinsey and Gallup on multiple HR initiatives during periods of hyper-growth and transformation.
