Shey is a Psycology graduate. She has had 17+ years of global work experience in scale ups and turnarounds. She designed HR technology roadmaps and automation tools to ensure HR services are digitised and fit for purpose during scale and change. She has also provided coaching, leadership assessments and advice to founders, executives and teams, and institutionalised good leadership and coaching practices internally.
